My passion for Real Estate started many years ago when I began restoring and selling historic homes throughout the City. I most recently restored a wonderful 1900 center entrance Colonial located in the City’s Preservation District. The home was showcased on HGTV’s Restore America. It also received an award of merit from the Landmark Society of Western New York and was featured in Old House Journal magazine.
The resurgence of our City’s downtown highlighting the many cultural benefits, extraordinary music, and incredible theatre opportunities drew me to recently purchase a home in Downtown City Center and enjoy a fantastic urban lifestyle of walking to shops, cafes and concerts.
